Boone Electric Cooperative is member-owned and member-led. That means you're not just a customer paying a bill, you're a member-owner with a real say in the future of your energy.
Each year, members vote to elect directors who help guide decisions about reliability, rate structures, and the long-term direction of the co-op. Board Directors represent us when it comes to rate increases and protecting our wallets. These decisions impact your monthly utility bills and the quality of service your community receives.
But this year, Boone Electric wants to take away the voice of its members. They've proposed bylaw amendments that would make it impossible for members to run for the board by signature collection. The State of Missouri just played this game. We told them NO at the ballot box. Now we need to tell Boone Electric NO as well.
Members: Vote NO on the Boone Electric Bylaw Amendment!
